STEADY & STRONG EXERCISE
Steady & Strong is a 45-minute class for adults who seek enhanced core and muscle strength as well as better balance. Currently only offered via ZOOM Link. Registration required to get the link. Go to Oxford Community Center or call 410-226-5904.
