enhanced mental acuity & mindfulness; strengthened immunity; and overall functioning.
These classes are being taught by Elizabeth Rankin, PhD and Robin Pender, instructors from A Dragon and Pearl Tai Chi. They are both Board Certified Senior Trainers and Instructors through the Tai Chi for Health Institute. They have a solid foundation in Tai Chi and specific tai chi programs for promoting health and wellbeing.
The class size is set at 6 to 10 people. Upon completing registration, you will receive some information such as what to wear, an overview of the history of tai chi, where you can get additional instructional materials and the email of A Dragon and Pearl Tai Chi.
